Biography 

Sarah Frey, MSW is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with a private psychotherapy practice in Seattle. She has been involved with the Global Health MPH program in various administrative, advising and research capacities since 2005. Prior to working at the University of Washington, she spent over two years living and working in India, Nepal and Myanmar on education and public health projects. In addition to her private practice, she also provides research support to Deepa Rao in the Program on Global Mental Health. Her professional interests are in maternal mental health, mental health stigma, and immigrant and refugee health. She has also served as a liaison between the School of Social Work MSW program and the Global Health MPH program, and continues to offer support to students considering or currently pursuing this dual degree option.
