Kinetics, evolution, and effector function of Fc repertoires during vaccination with native-like Env trimers

The focus of this proposal is to precisely define the kinetics, evolution, and effector function of vaccine-elicited antibodies against HIV-1, with an emphasis on understanding Fc-mediated activity. We hypothesize that the immunogen, route of administration, adjuvant, and timing all have quantifiable effects on how Fc repertoires are induced, endure and evolve.
