Translating Autoantibodies into Chimeric Antigen Receptor-T Cell Therapy for Small Cell Lung Cancer

The goal of this project is to translate tumor-specific autoantibodies into novel CAR-T cells, to test their efficacy in multiple clinically relevant SCLC models and to identify and overcome immunosuppressive mechanisms.
